Do you provide delivery service?
We do not provide delivery service. Customer has to arrange for own pick up from our store. If you require us to deliver, please send us an email to flospecworld@gmail.com to get a quotation.
How do I return an item?
Product once sold is not exchangeable or returnable.
How long is the product warranty?
Different product range has different length of warranty. Please contact us for more information.
Where does your product come from?
Our flooring product are manufactured from Europe country while entrance matting system are manufactured from UK.
How long does it take for pre-order item?
Pre-order item takes at least 12 - 16 weeks from the date of receiving the full payment of material.
